Order didn't arrive, phoned after 90 minutes to be told they had cancelled the order without even phoning or emailing to confirm

Order was cancelled, only advised of this after waiting on delivery of over 1 hour and half .our order was confirmed by email. When phoning I was told oh you should’ve got an email !!!! We don’t deliver to your area!! Gino’s in Eh12 area as am I ???? So where do you deliver?? Thanks for nowt Gino’s No I don’t recommend!
